1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
13/4 self-rising flour
250g semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
2. Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
4. Bake for about 13 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.
